<center>[font=Treasure Map Deadhand]Pirates of the Caribbean :: Thick As Thieves[/font] Roleplay idea by Aramel Elyanwe & SilverRose</center> 'Ello mates! I know this may just seem to bet yet another PotC roleplay, SR and I are convinced that it's going to be a great one. We would love dedicated roleplayers and PotC lovers alike to participate! Can't wait to start! The Basic Plot :: A group of pirates from a secret society in Tortuga have been sent out to kill a Redcoat and return his bayonet to the society's leader, Benjamin Grey. The Society has been trading with merchants, in order to to recieve supplies for an attack upon the British Crown. But along the way, an undercover British soldier has alerted Commodore James Norrington to this and now the Royal Navy wants to intervene before the pirates carry out their plot. Where We Begin :: The pirates have just killed a redcoat and are attempting to escape from Port Royal, with the Navy hot on their heels.... :frust: I so want to join, but I'm not going to be around much in the next week or so. After that, I'd be very dedicated, but I couldn't join straight away. Depending on how fast it gets started etc... hmm. Gah. Would it be possible to join as an OC even if I couldn't jump in straight away?

Parents: Morgana & Owynn Jones Notes: Was pregnant but lost the baby, has strong maternal instincts but believes God had cursed her to not bear child. This led her to become a pirate and rebel. Background: Born in a small village in Wales. When her home was broken into she was raped and became pregnant. No one believed her and she was deported for being discraced. Aboard the ship taking her away, the men beat her and caused her to mis-carry. Thus confirming her hatred of men. The boat was then set-upon by a ship of female pirates whom she happily joined. </center> Tah-dah

PD left and Sojourner is on vacation until the middle of January... so it's hard to keep that one alive anymore. I hope that's not the case with this one. Background/History: Not too much is known about Mort, aside from his birthday, age and that he was found adrift at sea after a horrendous battle between a pirate ship and the Royal Navy that claimed his parent’s lives. Afterwards, he spent much of his time in Tortuga, drinking away the bad memories. Apparently, the rum affected his head and he’s been a tad messed up ever since. Other Notes: Owns a ferret named Dejan.

Yay! I hope it lives too. Name:: Belial Bogsmith Age:: 43 Appearance:: Greasy black hair, dark eyes, brown from the sun. Short and stocky, rounded around the middle Personality:: Lecherous, slow-witted, and surly Weapons:: fists or table settings, depending on the situation. History:: Grew up the younger son of a Greek fisherman. He stowed away on a ship when he was 30, took a few beatings for it, but was a cabin boy and learned a bit about ships. The ship eventually ended up in Tortuga, where he joined up with the group.

She wears sable trousers with knee high dark brown boots that have multiple buckles and straps along the sides. Personality: Unlike her counterpart Gabriel, she is quite outgoing if not a bit strange. Though this strangeness comes off as a unique confidence and general upbeat manner. She can be serious and aggressive when she needs to be, but otherwise she is just a fun pirate to be around. Weapons: A cutlass and a pistol, with a blade tucked away at her side most of the time. Background/History: Aurora-Rose grew up in the outskirts of town, her father was a blacksmith and her mother was a seamstress. From birth she didn't know much about the riches and finer things in life, that was until she met Gabriel who was of a higher status, his father being one of the commodores men. They became fast friends, but Aurora saw early on that this life she was living was not for her, and having seen the life of the wealthy she took up piracy never looking back...
