Winbrook Academy

Winbrook Academy is a prestigious boarding school located in England. The students at this school are well known for their academic success and maturity, even though a few troublemakers slip through the cracks every now and then. It was the start of a new school year, and the troubles of the past year had a year to settle. The students relocated to the Academy, rekindling friendships, going to class, and living through their daily lives. However, the past year, to some, could not be tossed off so lightly, and it was these events that bonded a group of friends to discover the secret of Winbrook Academy. </center>

I am keeping this very basic to allow room for flexibility. We are going to just make up events that happened in the past and go with the flow...

The Rules:
--There is going to be a limited number of participants. This is in the high school range, and it is really hard to be able to keep up with all of the different plot lines.
--Be original in your characters.
--Romance is allowed, but let's not overdo it.
--We are hoping for a very sophisticated RP, so work on keeping the one and two liners to a minimum. A good rule is, when you hit for the quick reply box, fill it with text.
--With supernatural stuff, I am sure there is going to be some, but the supernatural cannot be the answer for everything. Just have the plot make sense when you make something up.
--Just have fun. This is supposed to be high school based, so there should be plenty of rebellious behavior.

Apparael: Like every other student; a dark and light blue uniform with the Winbrook Academy insignia and black shoes. Sometimes however he doesn't feel like wearing an uniform and pulls on a t-shirt or put his baseball cap on. (Only to be sent back by the first teacher he meets to change again)
Personality: Bright but lazy, doesn't make his schoolwork at all. Is very rebelling, likes to do anything what the rules forbid.
Background: In Matt's teens his parents quarreled and had huge fights. Matt at a certain point just walked out of the house when that happened and spend alot of time on the streets. He came into contact with people who did not have the best influence on him. When his parents divorced, his father sent him to Winbrook since he thought Matt was only a handfull. (which he actually was)
Notes: Matt has become addicted to pot and cigarettes. Since this is obviously forbidden on Winbrook he keeps a small stash beneath a loose slat of wood of the floor in his bedroom.

Appearance: Long, curly black hair, pale skin, frosty blue eyes
Apparel: Winkbrook Academy uniform. She wears a Celtic-style pendant and dreamcatcher earrings. Her fingers are loaded with Gothic rings and her nails are chipped with black nail polish.
Personality: Quiet, observant. Glares a lot. Morgana loves reading, and is obsessed with the Arthurian legends - one of the characters in the tales is her namesake. Loves dark and gothic poetry. Does well in English Literature. Generally keeps herself to herself but if picked on will in no way take it sitting down.
History: Morgana was sent to boarding school when she was twelve. She is an only child and never fitted in anywhere; her mother thought that boarding school would feed her love of language. Still, she hasn't made friends at the Academy and is considered somewhat of a loner. She doesn't seem to mind.
