Larielosse grinned, knowing exactly how respectful these men were. When they were far enough from shore, she called to Falasse. "Come back inside my cabin!" she swung down a rope and landed in front of Falasse. "I've something to show you." |

Lairelosse closed the door."just don't hit me." she said, and took off her hat and bandana. Curly, light brown hair fell past her shoulders, and her dainty mouth was fixed in a smirk. "Had you convinced, didn't I?" she laughed. |

Falasse gaped, totally shocked. "What? But you- How?" Her eyes were as wide as saucers, and her jaw moved up and down, although no more words came out. |

She grinned. "For my own safety when we port, I set off of the boat looking like a man. Protection measures. Men would...not approve if a woman captain." she tilted her head. "I really had you goin!" |

"It's not funny," protested Falasse, a scowl marring her face. "That's cowardly, hiding behind a disguise like that and bringing someone into your 'business' without telling them who you really are." |

"Excuse me? Do you even know what they do to women sailors?" she raised her brow. "It is not cowardly, it is a form of protection. If I had been a woman, you would not have taken me seriously." she turned her heel, then stalked out of the cabin, locking it on her way out. She would not be insulted. Especially not on her own ship. |

She stood silently for several moments, then strode to the door. Attempting to turn the knob, she found it locked. She turned and harumphed back to her new room. Sitting down on the bed, she dropped her head into her hands. What had she gotten herself into? She felt tears beginning to form in the corners of her eyes. |

Lairelosse stood on deck as the sailed out into the open waters, a deep scowl etched into her otherwise pixie like face. What had she gone and done, bringing her onto this ship? She should have read her better than that. |

Angrily, she wiped away the threatening tears. She had over-reacted, but still, she had been tricked onto a pirate ship. With a captain who was anything but what she portrayed herself to be. |

Lairelosse climbed up to the crow's nest, enjoying the view, and also to clear her mind. She frowned, then called down to her crew. "Next port we make, we drop our guest off." |

Falasse lay down on the soft bed, twisting her hand into the sheets. She probably would never again be in a place as luxurious as this. She should apologize - she really didn't want to go back to working in the bar. Yes, she decided. She would apologize as soon as someone unlocked the door. |

Lairelosse walked along the deck, and to the cabin. Not that she wanted to...she unlocked the door quietly, an hesitated before pushing the door open. |

(I am SO SO sorry that I didn't post! I totally got caught up in my writing and forgot alllll about this! SOO sorry!) The door creaked as it opened, and Falasse was up in an instant. Hurrying towards Lairelosse, she clasped her hands in what she hoped was a beseeching manner. "I apologize for my actions. They were rash and uncalled for. Please let me stay - I don't want to have to go back to the bar!" |

Lairelosse blinked in surprise, taken aback. "I...you wish to stay?" she repeated slowly. She paused for a long moment, considering Falasse's words. "Very well. I do accept your apology." Lairelosse dipped her head. |
