make up a character and rpg in the world of the awesome trilogy His Dark Materials

Daemon:Black Raven(male, name is Shade)
hair color:Black, long, down to his eyes in the front, but not as long in the back(slightly curly)
eye color:Silver
Country:England
other features:pale skin, 5"6
clothing:black long pants, black sneakers, black long sleeved shirt, wears long black jacket over it, also wears long gray/black patterned scarf.
personality:brooding, likes the dark, polite, but not very social.
story:Born near London, his mother died while he was young, and he lives with his dad who is often away.this has given him a brooding personality.

i'll join even though i never read the trilogy.

Name: Alex Sandersan
Age: 13
Daemon: A Hawk (male and the name is Dakken)
hair color: dark brown shoulder leangth and untidy (but not sticking up)
eye color: blue
country: Ireland
skin tone and heigth: slightly tan and around 5'6" tall
clothing: black shirt and baggy blue jeans (they were his older brothers) white and black sneakersand a watch
personality: kind, very social, and helps anyone that needs help and some that don't.
history: his real father died when he was six and lived with his mom (his brother moved out) until he was ten, when his mom married again and his dad was in a weelchair so he had to help his mom with stuff like adding rooms to their house (they lived in a shack until they started adding on), Repainting rooms, ect.

Ok, well this looks cool. Unfortunately, I haven't read the books either :confused: So, if I do something wrong, correct me please!

Name: Nina Belicia
Age: 14
Daemon: Peregrine falcon (female, name is Raeka)
Hair color: Curly light brown hair that's cut a few inches below her shoulders. Sometimes it almost looks blonde.
Eye color: Pale green eyes.
Country: Spain
Other features: 5'4" tall, has a tanned look to her skin.
Cothing: Usually wears jeans and a quarter-sleeve maroon shirt, with a navy blue jacket, and white and blue sneakers.
Personality: She is usually thinks things through before she acts, but not always. She social enough and can get annoying sometimes. She tries to choose her words carfully before she says them.
History: Her parents died in a car accident when she was younger. She lives with her Aunt, who's husband died awhile ago. They stayed in Spain for most of Nina's life but now are going to London, because of her Aunt's new job. Nina has hardly ever been out of Spain before.

in the his dark materials trilogy
1)polar bears rule the north pole, and are intellegent, wearing awesome battle armor
2)Daemons are intellegent like humans, and until they come of age(13)The Daemons can change form.
3)if a persons daemon(or the person)get too far away from each other, they both experience pain
4)If humans are separated from there daemons or vice versa, they slowly go insane then die
5)when a daemon dies it turns into a stone token, and is buried with the person

btw, in the books the storys centered on a mysterious material called dust(being properly prepared it can make gateways to other dimensions where there are other version of earth, including our own

Ooh! Is this rp based on the triology with The Golden Compass as the first book? Cuz I read the first book but not the second two? I loved that book. I'd love to join!

Daemon: Wolf (female, Leila)
Hair Color: Black cascades of long locks to below her shoulders, layered in the front, in the sun light it takes on a brown shade.
Eye Color: Brown with a touch of green.
Country: England
Features: A slightly tan skin tone, 5'5 tall, thin.
Clothing: tight blue jeans with fading patterns (not white fades), a dark green tank top and a short jeans jacket. White sneakers.
Personality: Very outgoing and happy, although she can quickly get angry and she isn't soon to forget someones downfall. Although she is a friend who will stay through thick and thin. She always tries her best, and wants the best for those she loves. Has a bit of a tendency to judge people, although she will happily admit she was wrong if the person turns out to be someone great.
Story: Born in the middle of London to rich parents, however she soon tired of their perfectness and moved in to live with her grandmother at age 9, who took her in with open arms. Her mother never was happy with her 'unperfect' daughter so doesn't mind her absence, her father comes to visit occationally and is very happy to his daughter, just like she is to see him. He was always the one that took care of her when she was little.

Is it okay if she knows John?

btw, the deamons can change into any form, even though they have one basic, right? :confused: Sorry, I forgot....

sure, and actually, they dont gain a certain form until the coming of age at thirteen, then they stay in the form that is most similar to there partners
(my guys hair looks like this in real life, not the little kid though, the grown one)

Nina bit her bottom lip as she rode the crowded London train. Her aunt let her ride it alone while she was at work, and Nina still wasn't sure if it was a good or bad thing. She wanted to be back in Spain, in the country again, not in this city where she felt she couldn't breathe properly with all these people. She stepped off the train and walked to the townhouse they lived at. Unlocking the door and walking up she raced to the balcony as a shadow fell across her from above. Raeka landed squarely on her outstretched hand. Pulling her closer to stroke her feather Nina said, "I still don't like this place."
"Open your mind more, maybe you'll like it." Raeka replied.
"I doubt it."
