Foaly, Sr. was surveying a meeting between Artemis Fowl and another Mud Child, but this was agirl. he was getting live sattellite from Stonhenge. Why would Artemis choose to meet her at a known fairy shuttleport? he wondered.

Cat flinched, then stopped "Its a hollogram Fowl, nothing else." she scoffed. "Step inside, and then tell its a hollogram." he said. Butler cracked his knuckels uneasily.

Ark Sool and the Council were also watching Artemis' interation with the Mud Girl. "What are you getting at, Fowl?" Sool growled.
Aboveground, Artemis' fairy communicator went off. He tried to pass it off as his cell phone, but the ring was Mozart's 4th Horn Concerto (I play the French Horn, which is not French) in full surround sound. No cell phone could do that. "Artemis," Holly's voice came through "I need information on a certain Cat Yewbeam?" Artemis winced, and Cat froze.
