History:Her mother died when she was 8, and she's on this trip alone because her father couldn't afford a ticket, and wanted her to get a better life in America. She was born and raised in England under a middle-class family, an only child.

History: Had very rich and snobby parents who told her to move because she was an adult. They gave her the First Class tickets as a birthday present.

Personality: She’s hated bye all of the first class Ladies, because they think she’s not Right and that she belongs down there with those rags. But other then being hated by them she is kind, helpful and fun to be with.
Appearance: She has long golden curly hair and light brown eyes
History: Violet grew up in a little town in Ireland as a 3rd class child, when she was little she fell into a lake, and her older brother died when he was trying to get her out, her family and friends blamed her of his death so she ran away from home, she stayed at an orphanage for most of her childhood and she was lucky enough to be offered a place on the Titanic to accompany a 1st class lady called ‘Mrs. Hillbrage’ to America!

She stared up at the magnificent titanic. She had never seen anything like it in her life. And all the people! Crying, laughing, shouting, saying goodbye. Florence had nobody to wish her a safe journey or even just to say goodbye. she bumped into someone. "Oh sorry," she said.

Elizabeth had been looking around for a place to set her bags, when someone ran into her. "Oh, don't worry about it." She told the woman, with her full English accent. She smiled a little and set her bags down, extending her hand so she could shake the other girls. "My name is Elizabeth. What is yours, if you don't mind me asking?"

Florence smiled at the girl,"Florence Sanchez Pleased to meet you," she said. They walked up the steps into the foyer of the ship. A man checked their tickets and a second man took their bags. 'Fancy going for a walk and having a talk?" She didn't have anyone to talk to so she thought it would be nice to have a chat with someone.

Elizabeth smiled more and nodded. "I would love to. Thank you, for asking." She grabbed almost all of her things, and carried it with her when she followed Florence around.

They walked up to a cafe near the frot of the eship and sat down. Florence ordered hersel a hot chocolate. "So," she said,"Why are you on the Titanic?"

Elizabeth set her stuff down and took a seat across from Florence. "Well... to be truthful... I'm trying to get away from this life that I've grown up with here." She sighed, and took a sip of the water that she had ordered. She cleared her throat, and slowly looked up to Florence. "There just seems to be nothing here for me anymore. And, I've always wanted to travel, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity for me." She smiled a little.

Florence smmiled. "If you want to know why I am on the Titanic..."her voice trailed off. She coughed."Well, it is a long story. Do you really want to know?"

Elizabeth nodded. "Oh, I would love to know!" She smiled more and folded her hands in her lap, showing that she was very interested in hearing the story. She was just glad that she was already making a friend, so she wouldn't have to be alone on the ship.

"Well," Florence said," My parents are rich and superior. They believe money decides who you are. Which I don't and I never will. A couple of weeks ago it was my eighteenth birthday. They bought me the tickets so that I could go to America to work in in a well - paying job with a man I hate, and...and...they want me to marry the man!"Florence burst into tears there and then.

Elizabeth's eyes widened when Florence started crying. "Oh, dear!" She stood up and patted Florence's shoulder, in a sincere way. "I'm so sorry, darling. That is awful!" She looked into her eyes. "But, maybe there is something to do about that."
