This Thread is to be about the series of books, "Pendragon" by DJ MacHale. For those of you who have read any in the series, good for you. For those of you who haven't and wish to join, you should read them and in the meantime go to:
http://www.thependragonadventure.com/
Or:
http://www.powells.com/biblio/1-0743437314-3
Feel free to make up any new 'travelers' and characters. That is what I intend to do. For now, I hope some people will. I myself have only read the first two books. Oh well, let's see what the interest in this thread is.

They are nothing compared to Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, and they are a bit childish, but they are entertaining and...entertain a good premise. I think we could take it further as an RP.

You could be Spader, Pendragon or your own character. I'm going to create my own from 1st Earth. We can start with absolutely anything. I kind of want to stray from the plot of the books though.

I'll go ahead and post my charry.
Name: Beda
Appearance: Blonde, blue eyed, average height
Home Territory: Weisel, a giant grassland with no oceans; oceans dried up, leaving several large salt deserts. Large freshwater lakes, very deep. A horse culture, supported by agriculture in tandem with hunting the huge herds of bovine animals and antelope-like creatures (I have no idea yet with names.) (Just as Cloral has sharks and fish just like Earth, Weisel has horses); technologically and culturally at around 1300 in 2nd Earth's Western and Northern Europe.
Misc: She knows she is a traveler. As skilled as any of her culture with horses and archery. Has not yet been called anywhere. (dun dun duh...)
