Ok, this is for a new POTC. The Pirates have made Port and after they have been to the pubs and so on, they learn that the local authorities have set a quarintine, no ships may leave. The only chance to get to the ships is to travel to another port down the coast. The only ones that have know away out of the town are gypsy's.

So, what do people think? Like it, idea's for changes?
