How many of you would be interested in an RP like this? I'm thinking it would be fun, and I think I may have a plot (though plot ideas are gratefully accepted. I kinda stink at plots)

I've been re-reading Northern Lights lately, and there was supposed to be a time when a similar event happened - the sky opened and there was a big spirit war. If you're looking for a plot,i'd be happy to sit and bore ypu with my ramblings

After reading the books again, I'm sure that there was something different before Asriel's rebellion, but I believe it was something we could use. I can try and dig up some details, if you like.

In either The Subtle Knife or Northern Lights, not sure which, there is a Samoyed talking to Lee Scoresby - he's saying that there was once a time long ago where the sky was blasted apart, and there was a big spirit war, and that only his people remembered it. Could be the starting point of a plot. The spirit rebellion didn't win, and I believe the sky was closed, for the most part.

Yes. We could have that the time when the Subtle Knife was created, we could also have someone who invented the way to see Dust. DOn't have much more than that, but I can work on it.

Edit: Again, I find myself making no sense whatsoever. Anyone got some brain cells I can have?

Would that be when the rebel Angels were kicked out by the Authority?

Sounds like a plan! As soon as I have that thing called "time" (I believe that's what its called. Its been a long while since I can claim to have had a lot of it) I will try to get the started.
