Well it wouldn't neccesarily be him exactly, but something along those lines. A murderer in victorian london. Maybe someone could play the murderer, someone could play a detective. Perhaps someone has a relative who has already been killed and has now sworn to find the killer. There could even be plot twists like the murderer could be their friend or not even know himself that he IS the murderer.
