Okay, I was up too late last night, and I started thinking how it might be fun to have an RP that was really purposely Mary-Sue, so that we could let out all of those MS tendencies :D I know I have them! But what I want to know is...would anyone join? I was thinking it would be a sort of ball setting (wish dancing and stuff - pretty dresses lol), and just so there are enough Marty-Sams for everyone - cause what's a Mary-Sue without her Marty-Sam? - I also though that everyone could play a male and a female and then we could sorta go wild....sappy romance and all :D

 Odd as this sounds, I actually would be interested in something like that. Lord knows, I have Mary-Sue moments every so often, deny it as I might.

I have them pretty frequently :P Though I can't say I've had the urge to make a [insert Mary-Sue here]/Legolas pairing for a while, which is good. Those are horrible...

Ugh, that one I just can't stomach. I've never done one of those before, and I don't intend to start now. But I've had Mary-Sue pairings with other characters before(not at this forum, mind), but yeah..I've been trying to steer clear of that for a while, with some success. But it all bottles up, if you know what I mean. :P

Yup ;) Which is why it would be good to have a silly Mary-Sue RP, lol. But I wonder if anyone else would join...*waits*

What's Mary-Sue..? A kind of too perfect RP/fic character?

Yeah, it's like a girl who's stunningly beautiful and extremely good at fighting and has a spitfire personality and absolutely no negative traits whatsoever. Some of them are in love with Legolas, in fanfics. For a guy...well...you should go read Arsarniel's "The Lay of Mary-Sue and Marty-Sam", that would explain it :D

Well, we'd have to have an equal amount of male and female characters - just so every Mary-Sue can have her Marty-Sam :D

RP is now posted as Mary-Sue Madness in Non-LotR RPG. Cheesy name, I know, but I wasn't in much of a creative mood. I'll come up with a better one later :)
