My grandfather passed down a horsehead bookend that was darkbrown with a creamy mane. On the side that leans against the books, it says 'Blue Mountain Riders, 3rd Gymkahana, 5/23/51' and on the bottom it's signed by the artist who made it. well, the horse was made in honor of my great grandmother's horse as a gift to her from my great grandfather. They were passed down to my grandfather who passed them down to me. And since Eragon is the new popular rpg trend... I got this interesting idea... What if a bunch of people were chosen to go to a summer horse camp sorta thing. And each person bonds with a horse. going out for a ride, they suddenly find themselves in a different land, the land of Alegeasia. They're horses turned to dragons, and find themselves on a ledge of one of the Beor Mountains, called, infact, the Blue Mountain. The people of Algeasia slightly understand whats going on, for all they know, ever centry a bunch of riders appear from Blue Mountain, and help set the world right. These riders are the Blue Mountain Rider. So in this rpg, we play the Blue Mountain Riders, and it can happen around the time of the Eragon book... Who thinks this is a good idea. And one more thing, it would be a memorial kinda thing for my great grandma who died two years ago... |

I, for one, think that's a very good idea. I'd definitely be interested in joining it once you get it started. |
