Since there's a definite lack of such things around here. Would anyone be interested in one that's post-DH? More likely than not, we'd be playing fast and easy with established canon(namely because I HATE what Rowling did to some of her characters in the end >.>), so..think of it as quasi-canon and as respectful to the source material as we can make it. I DO have a plot in mind, but..don't want to put too much effort into it if there's no one else interested.

If you ARE interested, please post and lemme know! That way, I can start on opening up a thread. Oh, and if you join me, I'll love you forever. Seriously. Keep that in mind. xD

Long story short(I'll actually summarize it better in the actual rp thread >.>), it'll be two to three years after DH - so things have had time to settle down before the monkey wrench that is this plot.

For the plot itself, we'll probably start out slow and introduce what main group of characters we need to and play around with them for a bit - then the rumors in-rp will start. Yeah, Voldemort's dead and his followers are either dead or arrested(with a few left to be locked up), but that doesn't stop there from being vicious attacks on Muggles or reports of strange activities coming in to the Ministry in general and Aurors in particular.

The Aurors get to deal with former accused Death Eaters at some point during this little mess, and someone figures out what's going on. Plot twist will be properly set up and explained before this, and then I'll reveal who I have up my sleeve for a new antagonist. Of course, anyone else can play that side as well, they just won't be that active to start off.

Questions/comments? Feel free to him me with them, since I don't know how good this is from a standpoint outside my head. xD

It's a mixture of canon and non-canon, smeag. Harry and Ron would have become Aurors by this point, more likely than not. A big difference would be Fred, Remus and Tonks not dying in the Battle of Hogwarts, and now I suppose Sirius never dying as well.

The main characters all depend on who joins and who they want to play. We don't have to make a big fuss over it being -anyone- specific, since anyone will work for the plot twists and turns I have in mind.

For now, I think I'm going to personally take George(twins ftw), tentatively Tonks and four OCs(one of which I can't reveal until a lot later >.<). If any of you do pick to play baddies, I'll PM you ahead of time about what to expect to be happening with them.
