Ok, I have thought of this just now and was wondering who would be interested in doing this RP.

The Plot is set in a world where different forms of magic are around. There is the kind of magic that is the most common, that is spells that use words, and movements. then there are spells that use just movent, but this kind is far advanced. These are used by 70% of magic population that can do spells. You can't fully control elements in this lot.

Another 15% are those that can control the elements as well, not just creating, but manupulating.

10% are healers. There magic is rare, and they usually have the one kind.

All these are legal and trusted (which may or may not be good). the populace of those with magic, 95% are allowed jobs that use those magics.

The last 5%, these are Gypsy's, exhaled because of their 'Wild' magic. This magic is heraditary and pure. It allows magic with out words or movements (although small gestures are habits) and can be used to create and manipulate, as well as minor healing. This magic is Illegal, frowned on, and cause to be taken and killed.

This is the base of the plot. I have ideas but won't explain until I have people willing to join.

Hm... sounds interesting but I think the details on the magic and what is illegal and not and what kind of magic is one could be better explained. Because I kind of got confused. Correct me on this or not, but is this kind of what you mean:

Legal Magic(includes Lvl 1(chanting and motion) and Lvl 2(includes just motion):
* = rare
** = more rare
General Spells, little control of elements
Elemental magic *
Healing magic **

Illegal magic(magic that uses neither chanting or motion)
General spells
elemental magic
healing magic
(a person with illegal "wild" magic can do a little of all three...?)

Yes. basicly. And of course with the gypsy's, some might be stronger in one or two areas. thought it would be an interesting consept.
