Hi everyone! As much as I'm excited for this, I do have to say that I'm kind of overloaded with RL-stuff, exams and other nasty things which are calling for my attention. I could put up a first post this Friday *perhaps*, but then I wouldn't be able to keep up with it at the start, which would be very sad. Unless you guys are willing to wait until next Sunday, when hopefully the storm of obligations will be over. Just let me know, but this two weeks I jsut can't be that active.

@ Misa - do you already know what turn to take with your character? Fitting in an OC might be hard, as (that's my view on it) the Marauders are still -at the beginning- a gang of boys interested in pranks, Quidditch and adventure, not so much in girls.. (except for James perhaps ) so it might be a good thing to think about how to bring her in. (As Lilly's friend perhaps?)

@ Anna : Huzzah for you claiming James, now the fun can start! (Soon I hope )

@ Footie: Oh please do make a header! That would be wonderful!

@Will: I was thinking for the OP to have like the title, the summary, "rules" (guidelines, lolz), and list of characters and who plays them. Then the next post, the second post, to contain the beginning of the RP. Then, when we begin "phase two" of the RP post graduation, we can link the OP of phase two to the OP of what I guess is phase one that way no one gets lost in the thread. :) I like my threads to operate like websites, don'cha know. BBCode is my speciality.

@Misa: Say, how's that bio going? I want to see how Ellie's coming along.

@ FS - working on it. Its hard to do a physical descrption, I have always done basics, but relied on pics.

@Misa: It's always good to branch out and do something differently. Just keep at it; describing a character yourself is always better than relying on a picture and once you've gotten the hang of it, you'll never want to go back :)

Awesome to see you here, Harthad! OC's are fine but we've tried to get everyone to take up at least one canon character, too, so if you'll look at the list on this post you can get an idea of what's still open and needs to be filled :) I think the only characters to be taken since that post was made are James Potter and Voldemort (:

Okay, cool! I've been reading the thread and it seems (to me) that all the Canon characters are taken. . .at least, the ones that are important. Can I use my OC, Mark Dimond if there aren't more Canon spots to fill?

Regulus Black is a pretty big deal and he still needs to be taken :) Will and I just wanted a really lopsided canon:oc ratio tilted towards canons. Your oc is fine, I'm using mine (Dylan Merritt) too, but it would be really nice if you could pick up a canon too (:

Welcome Harthad! It's so nice that you're joining us!

Well, FS is going to write an opening post and send it to me. Hopefully we can start somewhere next week, yet I have exams to write and the week after I'm going to start my internship for my study, so it are busy times. But I really want to make time for this RPG, I'm really excited.

I've also been thinking of creating an OC, a friend of Lilly's perhaps. But I've not developed a bio for her yet, so I might develop her character along the way.
