Would you have any ideas of who you'd want to be, or of a plotline? My idea was that we just make it up as we go along, lol. Maybe a very loose plotline?

Went browsing through threads because I'm bored while waiting for my roommate to finish her homework so we can go to dinner and found this! I think it would be AWESOME to do a Doctor Who RP! I will warn you, I'm pretty behind on season 6--the last 'new' episode I saw was The Girl Who Waited--but I'd still love to do this if you're still up for it! |

I don't think I'm nearly skilled enough to play the Doctor (XD), so I would love to try my hand at Amy if we make this set in the Eleven Era. As for a plotline, I'm not sure...a lot would depend on whether we want it to start out with them going into the past or into the future. I'll give it some thought! |

I'd love to play Eleven, we do a few RPgs on my site where I'm him. . .and frankly, I've run dry out of my ideas for a plot. I'll think on it. |

Haha, I'm sure you'll make an awesome Eleven! Yeah, I'm having trouble coming up with a plotline too, I've never done a DW RPG before. I did write a story once for Rabbit Hole Day (as a celebration of Lewis Carroll's birthday on January 27, you write a story where anything can happen after you fall down a 'Rabbit Hole' like in Alice in Wonderland) that involved Amy and the Doctor and a whole bunch of characters from other fandoms, but that's about it. Maybe, though, before we come up with a major plot, we should decide a few things first... -Should it take place in the past, future, or present? -Should Rory be there, or should we have it set during the time when he didn't exist? -Are OCs allowed? -Does anyone else want to join? XD -if Rory is there, do we have it set before they know who River is or after? |

Thanks!  We could do this in the present time, maybe the new and improved Daleks could come back to wreak havoc everywhere. And I like Rory too much for him to not be here at this time, besides, we could use him. OCs could be allowed, just as long as they're not something too extreme, like another Time Lord or whatever. And I certainly hope more people want to join!  And I think it would be easiest to have it after they know who River is, because Season 6 is still (sort of!) fresh in everyone's minds.

Oooh, yes, we haven't seen the Daleks in ages! And good point about River. I still haven't seen episodes like "The Wedding of River Song," but I do know what happens because my family does not understand the concept of 'no spoilers' when they talk to me. XD So, Daleks! I like it! Shall we have it set in the future, or in the past like in Victory of the Daleks/Daleks in Manhattan or something? It really doesn't matter to me, I just want to get started!
