Many Meetings I thought was rather wonderful... I am in love with Rivendell, I really am... there were so many people there, Elven lords (e.g. Glorfindel) as well as the other characters...

ARGHHHH 'The Bridge of Khazad Dum' made me so sad! It was just as bad as watching it in the film!! *sob*

i enjoyed the 'House of Tom Bombadil' too but 'The breaking of the fellowship' was really sad....

I can't remember what the chapter was called... but it was when the Hobbits meet Gildor and the other Elves going to the Grey Havens... I love Elves so anything with them is my favourite!  _________________ (Became a Valar on 16/06/05!)

Lothlorien and the Breaking of the fellowship
the first part of the book took me ages to read, but after the concil of Elrond everything picked up

I agree- I'm not exactly a Hobbit fan so the first parts took me fooorreeever to get through... I was on the verge of quitting the book, but then they found Strider!!!  _________________ (Became a Valar on 16/06/05!)

I can't say because I'm not so sure, but I do want to comment that I know a lot of people who don't like The Council of Elrond chapter because it is so long and boring and they keep talking and talking and . . . =>
