Maybe an option should be added to the poll for "Other", so people can vote for Elves that aren't on the list .

Galadriel's scene in The Fellowship of the Ring where she starts glowing and speaking differently, her "Dark Phoenix" scene, as noldor puts it (I don't know if that's what it's actually called, no offense meant, noldor), is just a tad pit creepy when you first see it. After that, though, it's not as scary to see.

Ahhhhhhh, I see. I haven't really seen anything that reminds me of that particular Galadriel scene anywhere, yet. Has anyone else (besides you, noldor )?

Legolas ofcourse but not only because he's good looking. I also like him because of his fighting skill and his personality.
I liked him when I was introduced to the cartoon but liked him even more when the live action movie came along when I saw him on the theater screen in the two towers I was literally like this.

I agree that we had to see Arwen in the purple dress, but everyone got to see it. It was made the way it was because that was the way Elvish clothing was made. It wasn't meant to be thick and uncomfortable. I also don't think The Lord of the Rings movies needed Legolas doing a swimming sequence. That would have taken away from the movies. They aren't supposed to be about who's good looking, and who has a good body. They are supposed to be about a world Tolkien created, a journey we all experience in one way or another (no offense meant, noldor). I agree with you, Lady Brilwen. I didn't need to Legolas that way, either.

Anyway, back to the topic of "Favourite Elf"...
We all have a lot of favourite elves, obviously. A few of them may not be on the poll, but we know we love them .
