I'm re-reading the trilogy - i'm up to Aragorn's coronation, so i read it just last month sometime. This is the 5th time for me. My dad hate LotR, so i never get that, lol. though my mum does, so if anyone'll be stealing it from me, it'll be her, loL! |

Maya, three times, only?! Why, My second (and last) time over was last spring! But then, I became a fan of the LotR in 2003-I was a tough nut to crack, but modern forms of media (MOVIES) had softened me, to put it simply 
The last time I read the Fellowship was around January 2005! If it would lessen the shock, I do read a lot of books! I plan to take up the trilogy sometime this year (so far two times in two years) as part of my rule-I must read it once a year! I'm reading a book now, then another after, then yet another after. I've no knowledge beyond the third book, so who knows-maybe summer, that sounds right.

And I'm just turning 15 in June, so I've decided I'm going to read it once a year, but I only really became obssessed (I loved it before, I mean REALLY elvish speaking, movie memorising, LotR Forum joining, constantly sprouting random lotr facts, reading the Sil and deciding to collect all the history of Middle-Earth books, dwarvish rune writingly obssessed) in the past year, so i might read it again later this year - i just have SO many books to read all the time, coz my mum's a Librarian and she always brings home books for me, lol.
