I think the hottest actors in LotR are:
1. Dominic Monaghan
2. Elijah Wood
3. David Wenham
and in no particular order:
Billy Boyd
Craig Parker
Hugo Weaving
Viggo Mortensen
Sean Bean
Orlando Bloom
And I think Martin Freeman is pretty hot too, and I thought I could mention him, as he's in the new Hobbit trilogy.

You know, I'm not particularly attached to any of the Hobbit actors yet but I gotta say, Richard Armitage as Thorin looks pretty piping sexy as a dwarf, and Kili is pretty cute (there seems to be a lot of Kili love on this forum). ^^
