I know what you mean. It's useful to be able to do when there's nothing else to do, but when there is...
You're welcome, btw. I try to do better than my previous best, as well, when writing or in other things.

Y'know, they say that Luthien Tinuviel was the most beautiful of Elves or Men...but of hobbits? lol Would you like to join, Earendil Light? (Nice avi, btw).

Since we were on the subject of Elijah's eyes, i read an interview of him and Sean on the internet from a couple of years ago and one of the interviewers asked him about his eyes and he answered something about part of his backround being Polish or something like that. I'm not sure what that has to do with his astonishing blue eyes, but that was how he answered the question. I thought it was very odd.

I wonder if the Polish generally have such blue blue eyes? *goes to Poland* At ORC, someone asked him that question also, and I think he said that he got them from his mother (Aw ), and that he was half Polish. (I suppose that means his mother is at least originally Polish...Cool.)

I read a quote from Ian Holmes where he said Elijah's eyes were unforgettable, a real gift from God. is there anyone here who disagree? or who dares disagree?

I doubt there is. I read a quote from Miranda Otto (I think she's the one that said it, at least) that goes something like (and I'm just paraphrasing from memory here) "Elijah has the innocence of a child, the wisdom of a ninety-year-old man, and the grace of an angel." I like that one.

That quote is really pretty! And very sweet. I guess he just has that charisma with people.

I read that one, too, and I was like: Yeah, yeah, she just nailed it!
Oh, and Earendil: I agree, his eyes are a great gift from God.
You say Elijah is half Polish? That means he's half European! Ha, yay for Europe (No offense to all who don't live in Europe)

Yep. We love our Lij. (No offense taken, Forever. I love Europe although i live in America. The British Isles especially seem like home to me--but from afar, you know? Like a heritage sort of thing. I'm getting off-topic.)
In poetry, one of my favorite similes (not smilies lol) for Elijah's eyes is the sky, because it's also blue! My poems tend to say things along the lines of "fairer than the bright-heaven" and things like that. Even Menel (Elvish for "the sky") cannot compare, lol.
Would you like to officially join the informal club we have here, Earendil?
