Alright I know that several of you Orlie fans are going to hunt me down with pitchforks and all (  *squeaks*) but I have to say this: What is the big deal with Orlando Bloom?! I mean he is handsome and all but that's it. I don't think he is that good of an actor, for a guy that has been pulled fresh out of acting school he's okay, but not the type I pictured as legolas.

He was really good in Kingdom of Heaven though. He made the character so lovable and gave the speech so much meaning. |

Yes. He is pretty hot, and he is getting a lot better at acting, but the only part he had that corrosponde with Legolas is the prettiness. I like him, but am not obbsessive. He should have been much taller. The tallest member of th fellowship. And was it only me, or were there some parts where it seemed like he moved his mouth much more than was nessesary when he was talking? Nienna! I was staring at you avvie for a long time, and nothing happens! I was so sad. I was waiting a long time

LOL! I said this before in another topic. OB, is amazing because of the presence he has. A good actor has a presance. Ok, I am going to go into more depth on that tho. Lets take Chris Lee as an example. I think Chris is one of the most amazing actors.. EVER! And he has (again) a presance. In TTT even tho he wasnt in it much, you could almost feal him in everything that happened. Most people just shrug that off. Its good movie making stuff. No it isnt. Its Chris Lee's ability to have a presance. It takes alot of acting talent to hold that presance. I cant think of a better person to play sarumaun! Ok so OB also has one. He(along with the rest of the fellowship) you can sence thruout the movies! |

Here are some reasons why there are so many nazgirls in love with Orli 1. He's cute 
2. He plays a cute elf in LOTR 3. He is quite good with acting, especially compared to the fact that he just started doing major movies and that Peter Jackson didn't model Legolas' characteristics as much as he should of 4. He's british 
5. His hair *_* 6. Because we are all desperate to care for some famous idol *grabs pitchfork* When are we gonna start the mob to track you down?

Orlando is definatly getting much better at acting. I have seen previews for some of his movies, and they look really ood. But I still think that some one taller should have been cast for legolas |

PJ, portrayed Leggy really badly in my view. I think OB really helped bring more to the character then PJ wrote for it. I think thats a mark of a good actor. And his accent is realy sexy.... so thats part of why we reallly like hm *swoon* |
