i think it is, cuz i was watching the bits about music and it says she sings and i think its in the extended version... she sings in elvish....

You are right Outlaw - Liv does sing on the EE DVD, although she does not sing in Elvish.
Her song appears during the scene when Aragorn is healing Eowyn, through to when she sees Faramir for the first time. In fact, I used the final line of the song I wish I could hold you closer in my banner because it seemed to match the scene so well.
According to Liv on the cast commentary, it wasn't written with that scene in mind, but the lyrics seem to relate as much to Eowyn as they do to Arwen so they slipped it in there. I'm glad that they did because it's such a beautiful song, and seems to fit that scene perfectly.
The song is known as Arwen's Song and you can view the lyrics and download the song from the A-U.com site.
