I know the movie was out awhile ago elsewhere, but it's only just out here in Oz, and I've been waiting aaages for it to come out. I'm planning on seeing it this week, is it worth seeing? The trailer looks somewhat interesting

I really liked it, although its not everyone's kinda movie. I think the movie itself is a "pioneer" in the industry since its a tad untraditional. It's based on Frank Miller's graphic novels and gives you three different stories each with its own set of characters with a few crossovers, but it's awesome, definitely worth watching. And the effects themselves are really cool!!

OH! I loved this movie! I thought it was really good (and Elijah was really creepy in this movie too.. haha) I loved the use of contrast between the mainly black and white film with little bits of color... I think it made things really stand out in my mind. Good movie! (but if you don't like violence, this definitely isn't the movie for you  )

Lol i DIED laughing when i first saw it, i was in the cineama and everyone was gasping and i was laughing XD lol elijah's character made me laugh the most, i mean there couldn't b a bigger contrast from Hobbit

I feel the sudden need to list the resons why Sin City is such a good movie: 1. Good acting 2. Great plots (more than one story) 3. Elijah will scare the @#$% out of you (that's a good thing 
4. Great action (though for some, perhaps quite gory) 5. JESSICA ALBA ACTUALLY DOES A GOOD JOB ACTING 6. It looks amazing 7. Josh Hartnett, Jessica Alba, Clive Owen, Rosario Dawson, and Alexis Bledel are all super hot!!! 8. Good dialogue 9. Well directed 10. Just all around fun! Those are the main, and most important resons as to why, if you haven't already, you should see Sin City... the end! |

I absolutely ADORED this movie! (you'll soon discover this is one of my fave phrases lol) I went to go see it with my cousin soon after it came to our theater and was absolutely riveted the entire time! I loved that it was so star-studded, everywhere you look there's a different celebrity! And Elijah was possibly one of the creepiest villains ever! |
