Okay, real talk—how much time are you guys spending on procurement stuff? I swear, I’m spending half my week chasing down POs, approving invoices, and trying to figure out where the heck our money is going. There’s gotta be a better way to streamline this, right? Like, am I missing some magical fix? |

Dude, I’ve been there. Chasing POs feels like the most unproductive use of time. What helped us was centralizing everything. No more random Excel sheets or lost emails.
