Hey guys, we’ve been hitting a roadblock in our project due to procurement delays. Our teams aren’t aligned, and it feels like procurement is always catching up to what we need. We’ve had a few projects that went off track because the materials or approvals weren’t lined up in time. How do you make sure procurement is on schedule with the project timelines without overcomplicating things? |

I know that struggle all too well. It’s a big issue when procurement is left out of the early stages of project planning. It really helps if procurement is involved from the start so they know exactly what’s coming and when. Having a centralized platform where everyone can see the project’s timeline and procurement needs can also smooth out those bumps. |

I found a post that explains how to better sync procurement with project management. It talks about a lot of simple strategies, like keeping procurement in the loop early and having a shared system. It’s really useful for avoiding delays and making sure things don’t get lost in the shuffle. If you're looking for ways to improve the process, take a look at here. It helped me streamline things on our projects. |
