| Post subject: | Reliable Contractor for Exterior Home Update in Wayland? |
We’ve been in our Wayland home for over a decade, and the exterior is starting to show its age. I’m thinking about new siding and possibly upgrading our windows too. But it’s tough finding someone dependable who actually does high-quality work without charging a fortune. Has anyone here gone through a full remodel recently and can recommend a solid local team? |

The hardest part was sorting through all the flashy websites and vague promises. Everyone claims to be the best until it's time to show up and do the job. One thing that helped us was asking for photos of past work and actual client references. If they hesitate, that's usually a red flag. |

We tackled our full exterior renovation last spring and went through the same headache of sorting out the reliable from the risky.
