I went there and I only saw a forum board.

No it has a forum yes but it is a time based rp sort of. You join factions make alliances and combat is currently being installed. For example, sometimes when you travel it can take up to 3 weeks in real life to get there, so it is a patience game, but there is also forums for rping, bios and gambling etc.
