The site is really fun. No matter if you are a writer, director, or performer there is always something to be done here. It's a forum based site, by the way.

Even if you don't perform or anything like that, there is a lot of you to see in the Completed Works sections. Most of the things on the site are fandubs but some are better than the original piece they dubbed. Most of the people on the site do this for fun or for practice because they want to do this for a career. *cough* That's why I'm there.
Most of the people on the site treat their projects like professionals would and I admire that. The more strict the audition process is for a project on here the more professional it will trun out to be. I figured that out rather quick.

Come and support or just critique yourself as to how good a performance was or wasn't. :for P
