What is AI and ML and why would a business even need these technologies?

I saw this service from the developers I’m planning to work with. What is this even and why would a regular company need it? I guess I could consult with the company itself, but I’m worried they’ll push something on me or it will be hard to explain.

They’re just tools for getting work done. I honestly think AI should be used everywhere there’s a need to automate data analysis and repetitive tasks, no matter the company size.

These are cool technologies that let you analyze huge amounts of info, find patterns, predict outcomes, and automate repetitive processes. I don’t know which company’s services you’re looking at, but I’ve worked with this company’s specialists and it was great. To put it simply, implementing these technologies and tools lets you do more while spending less time and effort.
