My old hard drive was failing, so I upgraded to a new SSD, thinking it would speed up my system. The installation went smoothly, but as soon as I logged in, Windows greeted me with an Activation Required message. I had assumed my activation would carry over, but apparently, changing hardware can trigger deactivation. I wasn’t about to buy a new key just because I upgraded my PC, kms pico activator explained why this happens and how to fix it. After following their instructions, my system was activated again without any issues. Lesson learned—always check Windows activation settings before making big hardware changes. |
