Does Google Earth have enough capabilities to provide detailed satellite images in real-time?
I mean, can a tool like Google Earth, which is available to everyone, provide images with enough detail and updates that could be useful for professional purposes, like agriculture or real-time monitoring? Or do experts in these fields use other equipment?

I don't work in these fields, but something tells me that Google Earth is more for regular users like you and me who are just curious to look at a plot of land from space, and specialists need way more data to do their jobs.

It's like asking if film editors can just use an app on an iPhone to do everything, or if they have specialized tools and programs. Maybe they could, but why would they? They have much more powerful equipment and software with more functions to do their job better. The same goes for any industry, including agriculture. I'm not sure about EOSDA LandViewer, but that’s closer to what could really be used for monitoring land, fields, crops, weather, etc. Here’s a site with a satellite feed that updates constantly, and I think it surpasses Google’s products in power and capability.
