What happened After the War of the Ring:

Aragorn and Arwen
Aragorn died in the year 120 of the Fourth Age as did Arwen, She and Aragorn lived for six score years in bliss in Minas Tirith. They also dwelt for a while by Lake Evendim in the north kingdom. In all the realms of Arnor and Gondor, King Elessar ruled, save only in Rohan, and where ever he went forth to war, King Eomer went with him. Aragorn laid himself down on the bed that had been prepared for him and, after giving the crown of Kingship into his son Eldarion's hands. After the death of Aragorn, Arwen went forth from Minas Tirith and dwelt for a time in Lσrien, though Galadriel and Celeborn had long departed. That winter, when the mallorn leaves were falling, she laid herself to rest upon Cerin Amroth, and there is her green grave.

Frodo and Gandalf
On September 29, 3021, two years after the War of the Ring, Frodo came to the Grey Havens accompanied by Sam. Merry and Pippin were there to meet them. Frodo said goodbye to his three friends and boarded a ship with Bilbo and the bearers of the Three Elven-rings: Gandalf, Galadriel and Elrond. The ship set sail to the Undying Lands.

Samwise
6 F.A.
Will Whitfoot resigns as the mayor, and Samwise Gamgee is elected for this position. Men are forbidden to enter the Shire by the order of King Elessar.
13 F.A.
Samwise Gamgee is elected the Mayor for the second time. King Elessar makes the Mayor, the Thain and the Master Counsellor of the North-kingdom.
15 F.A.
Samwise Gamgee is awarded the Star of Dunedain by King Elessar. His daughter, Elanor, is made a maid of honour to Queen Arwen.
20 F.A.
Master Samwise becomes Mayor for the third time.
27 F.A.
Master Samwise is elected the Mayor for the fourth time.
34 F.A.
Master Samwise becomes Mayor for the fifth time. At his request, the Thain makes Fastred of Greenholm (husband of his daughter, Elanor) Warden of Westmarch.
41 F.A.
Master Samwise becomes Mayor for the sixth time.
48 F.A.
Master Samwise becomes the Mayor for the seventh and last time, being 96 at the end of his office in 54 F.A.
61 F.A.
Mistress Rose, wife of Samwise Gamgee, dies on Mid-year's Day. On September 22, Master Samwise rides out of Bag End. He comes to the Tower Hills and is last seen by Elanor, to whom he gives the Red Book, which is afterwards kept by her descendants, the Fairbairns. It is passed down from Elanor that Samwise passed the Towers, and went to the Grey Havens and passed over Sea, last of the Ring-bearers.

Merry and Pippin
At Brandy Hall, Merry established a library of books on the histories of Eriador and Rohan. He wrote several books and treatises himself, including The Reckoning of Years, Old Words and Names in the Shire, and, most notably, Herblore of the Shire. He visited Rivendell on occasion and used the information he gathered there to contribute to The Tale of Years. Estella married Merry Brandybuck and they had at least one son. Estella probably died sometime before the year 63 of the Fourth Age when Merry left the Shire to visit Rohan and settle in Gondor.
Pippin lived with Merry at Crickhollow for a time. He married Diamond of Long Cleeve and they had a son whom they named Faramir. On his father's death, Pippin became Thain Peregrin I and Aragorn, King Elessar, made him a Counsellor of the North-kingdom. Pippin frequently visited King Elessar at the northern capital of Annuminas. At the Great Smials, Pippin established a library of historical books and records which later housed The Thain's Book.
When Merry was 102, he received a message from King Eomer. He turned over the office of Master of Buckland to his son and traveled with Pippin to Rohan. Merry was with Eomer before the King died in the autumn of 63. Merry and Pippin then retired to Gondor in the year 64 and lived out the rest of their days there. When they died they were laid to rest in Rath Dinen among the great of Gondor. When King Elessar died in 120, it is said that the beds of Pippin and Merry were set beside his.

Gimli and Legolas
Gimli brought a colony of Dwarves from the Lonely Mountain to the caverns of Helm's Deep and became the Lord of the Glittering Caves. He and his people rebuilt the gates of Minas Tirith out of mithril and steel and did many other great works in Gondor and Rohan. Gimli lived contentedly in the Glittering Caves for many years, and his friend Legolas dwelled in the gardens of Ithilien.
Legolas brought Elves from the Woodland Realm to Ithilien, and the land that had fallen to neglect under the shadow of Mordor bloomed once more under their care. But ever did Legolas hear the call of the Sea coming up the Great River. When Aragorn died in the year 120 of the Fourth Age, Legolas decided to follow his heart.
In the year 120 of the Fourth Age, Aragorn died. Legolas decided to pass over the Sea as he had long desired to do. It is believed that Gimli chose to accompany him because of their deep bond of friendship as well as a desire to see Galadriel one last time. It may be that Galadriel was instrumental in gaining permission for Gimli to be allowed to live the West until his eventual death. And so it is said that Legolas and Gimli, the last two members of the Fellowship in Middle-earth, sailed down the Anduin and over the Sea.

Now:
Just the begining of the Fifth Age. There are decidends from all the Fellowship, and others that were a part of the War of the Ring. Mt. Doom has been no-more as well as the long lands of Mordor. The people of Middle Earth live in harmony and peace. But something new brews in a distant land. High councels from the places of Middle Earth are thinking of forming a New Fellowship. With a small mix of Dungeons and Dragons Second Edition, but thats only if you wish. Meaning that that will apply to you character. What part will you play?
