http://z7.invisionfree.com/Mysterious_M ... hp?act=idx It's been three years since the fall of Voldemort. Somehow, the wizarding community has managed to move on. The world is being rebuilt. It was a war, there was no doubt about that. Voldemorts blow had fallen, and fallen hard. The number dead on both sides spiraled up on both sides to incredible numbers. Muggles and wizards alike were lost. Minerva McGonagall had vanished. Fillius Flitwick was found in Hogsmead. Cornelius Fudge, Rufus Scrimgeour, Percy Weasley, Kingsly Shacklebolt, Nymphadora Tonks, so many good people were killed during the 3 year war. But the blow that fell hardest for Harry Potter was Albus Dumbledore. The death of Dumbledore was a hard one for all on the side of good. But for the dark witches and wizards, it was a victory of unimagineable proportions. Dumbledore was the only one that had ever really stood in the way of Voldemort's rise to power. And now he was gone. They became bolder, to say the least, and after a year much of the magical community was in shambles.The fight went on for three years. Finally, one day, Harry Potter, maddened by greif, no doubt, of the deaths of so many of his loved ones, cornered Voldemort. Little is known of the duel that followed, but what is known is that Harry Potter triumphed over Voldemort for the last time. Voldemort was dead, as were his most trusted servants. Harry Potter was again a hero. The end of that year brought a boom in the number of magical children born. As well as causing problems with keeping the magical community secret, there has been the question of where all the children will go to be trained. Hogwarts had been closed due to major loss of staff and the fear of an attack by Death Eaters. It took two more years for Hogwarts to re-open, and when it did it was packed to bursting with new students. Unfortunately, a rumour of spreading darkness had come around, causing ripples of tension throughout the magical community. A group of dark witches and wizards have formed a sort of alliance and are searching for a leader to help them take control of the wizarding community. The group, known as Nightshade, are not above torture, murder, and kidnapping. They work with complete secrecy, leaving no clue for the wizarding authorities. Witches and wizards from all walks of life and all parts of the globe now fear for their safety. Since the war, the secrecy of the magical community has been teetering. The crimes of Nightshade make it perfectly clear that they mean to get rid of muggles all together. The Order of the Phoenix means to stop Nightshade, but it is proving more difficult then they imagined. Somehow though, people are still able to keep living, and are proving resilient against the strengthening foe. Somehow, the magical community lives on. I need members people! |
