Okay, I have no experience in this whatsoever but I'm thinking of getting an LJ... sooooo,
I think it means that you should go to Modify Journal and under S1 (style overide??) you paste the code from the box into this.
"Webpage URL may be required in Manage -> Info." I'm guessing this means you should apply the URL of the layout in your user info.
"Keep all "custom colours" blank" "Keep all "Page Layout Styles" GENERATOR" I'm guessing that these are options on the pages that you just have to fill in/leave blank as it says.
