I want to know... how do you make an avatar with a still picture in the background and then a moving clip in a little box?

I'm using Serif PhotoPlus 6.0.

I don't think you can make something like that with Serif Photoplus You need an animating program such as Image Ready (which comes with Photoshop) or Animation Shop (which comes with Paint Shop Pro)

Run a search for gifbuilder. You might be able to find a free download, though it might be strictly for Macs. :-/ Good luck.
