and i wanna use a lotr layout for my site...does anyone know where to find any good lotr layouts..and how I put it as my layout on me site?

I usually just make it my self unless do you mean you want somone else to make it for you or you want a template?

Hmm . . . does it have to be a LotR layout? There are some sites I know of that provide various layouts, but not necessarily of LotR.

Well, you should try learning html to make a layout, it's actually not that hard. Your site will be more 'unique looking' that way.
