Well there are alot of tags fro making images appear. do you want your banner to just show up on the page? or pop up in a new window?

where URL TO IMAGE is the url where your image is...
Something like http://www.example.com/image.jpg

If you want to put up a banner from your computer, put it up on tinypic.com or a similar site, and use the URL they give you.
