Post subject:  Paint Shop Pro or Microsoft Picture It! -HELP!
I wondered if anyone has any of these programmes and can send it to me because I really need a programme to make banners and I can't find neither of these... :confused:

Also,does anyone know a way to design forum skins?

I just got Paint Shop Pro! I wonder where is that shining-glittr-whatever! that many have put in their banners because I've searched all the effects and I didn't find it...

First of all, congratulations! :D
If your looking for something like this:

Then smeagollum is right, you will need an animation program. But usually Paint Shop Pro comes with one. :) <a href="http://www.glittertheworld.com/glittername.html">This site</a> will guide you through the rest. It even includes a way to make them without PSP. :D

If that isn't what you're looking for, describe it a little more and I'll try to figure it out. :)

As for forum skins, proboards is the only forum server I'm familiar with, and somewhere in the admin section there's a section called "Customize Your Forum" and at the bottom of that list is "Skins/Forum Colors." Then you click on "Create Skin" and fill in all your colors and images. After some experimenting around, you'll have it. And then you set it as your default skin, and make another if you like so your members can choose. :)
If you're talking about coding and all that, then I'm just as clueless as you are. :P
