I'm thinking about making a Non-LotR forum but I don't know what forum website maker to use, any suggestions?
Oh and also I'm hoping for one that's free and fairly easy to use.

Weebly has a forum thing... it's not that great, but it's free.

You should definately use phpBB. They're fast, easy to use, and open-source software (all free). They're easy to customize, and come with mods that you can install and stuff. Actually, A-U uses phpBB! So yeah, there you go. For what it's worth.
