Okay, do you have to link to freewebs on every single page or will just the home page suffice? And are you allowed to link to them without using their eye-catching banner?

Every page is the rule. I use frames, so it's just in one frame... but yeah... they do say everypage. No, I don't think you have to use their banner-thingy. I just write 'hosted by freewebs' down the bottom... with a link.
