i'd like to join, but idk how to colorize...can someone help me out a bit? i'm in a photoshop class right now, but she hasn't taught us that yet...

Well I think it's actually too late to join this contest, but you can always colurize the images anyway. Gil made a tutorial for PS, you'll find it in the tutorial section. Or you can just visit her site. :-)
