lol. :teehee:

I think Ill make round 2 anything..general..because I wrote a excellent poem a few days ago, and I cant seem to find which catergory it would be in.

EDIT:
yay! I put the winners in a separate thread. and now, we can begin Round 2, which can be anything in general..about anything. ;)

and my poem's done already..hah..shock.

White Winter Rose
Stealing breath,
stealing beauty,
piercing to look at,
cold steady eyes.
Twilight zoning,
the sun streaking through,
the black forest frowning,
the wind howling.

Bled forever on,
to paint the world red,
white winter rose
still holding on, till
that last breath.

A sound to take
one breaths away,
to diminish and disappear,
gone out into the sea,
the rose still sitting,
in this dark forest,
its beauty too
overpowering.

Oh White
Winter Rose that
bled at the night,
White Winter Rose
who took all fame,
fair to gaze upon,
hearts to take.
Sorrowful and Joyful,
sight and sound not
to be heard.
White Winter Rose,
come back, come back
and let yourself be known.

Ruin

Witch-King rides in dark night skies,
Fallen is his phantom soul,
And none can hide from his black eyes,
As the thunder will roll.

Morgul tall o'er Gondor stands,
As its sorcerer tower pans,
The Nine ride as doom is nigh,
Souls bound to Sauron high,
Hearts lost.

In Angmar sets the winter frost,
Ruins of a kingdom lost,
There is heard a lonely cry,
Of phantoms calling to the sky,
Lord gone.

Fornost lies in frozen ruin,
There dwells now only dreams,
Arnor lost to a conquerors whim,
Where there are Kings it would seem,
Lost to time.

Death has ridden, our time has given
Unto the days of evil,
While the Witch-King ride in the dark night skies.

The Nazgul

Riders of Black,
Riders of Night,
When they attack,
They bring along fright.

Niether alive nor dead,
They've been summoned,
Watch your head,
They're a'com'en.

Raiths on wings,
Forever searching,
Olden Kings,
Always lerking.

Riders of Steeds,
Death lurks around,
Evil deeds,
Hope can be found.

Destoyed is Islidur's Bane,
The Nazgul flee,
The world is sane,
Light is now free.

Not my best, but it's something! :)

I have a poem for this one! Came up with it just now :)

I am a sprite
Made all of light
Dancing alone of the hilltops tonight.

I am a fairy
Wing-ed and airy
Fluttering high like a butterfly wary.

I am a gnome
Delving alone
Neither hilltops nor air but the ground is my home

We are three tales
Told over ale
Why aren't we real? We ask, fading pale...

sort of random :) But I rather like it.
