JF: Now if you input information for the pm, such as sending it to "Kitoky" and the subject title would be "STC Voting" and setting up the voting layout in the actual pm --- will that information still be there when you link it?

Alright.. this was a lot of theory... now we need to put it into practice in the real context. Then we can come back here and have an extensive evaluation on the experience and collected data.

^Well it seems like other people don't ask for pm votes. They just go "Go ahead and just vote in the thread" --- I personally want votes to be private. That's my only concern the privacy of these votes.
