I was bored, so I decided to make a contest. :p This is an icon contest... And, I'm gonna enter because... well because I feel like it.

Rules:

Has to be 100x100 pixels.
Has to be of a LotR actor/actress.
There is an unlimited amount of spots so anyone can enter. :)
Each contestant is allowed two entries at the max.
Entries are due *checks calender* November... hmm we'll say 11th. November 11th. But if people need more time then I'll up it. :closedeyes:
