Yes, there is already a colorization contest going on. I have tried to make this one a little different though, so don't accuse me of copying or something. Any how, the rules and the pictures.

Rules
1. You can enter with two colorizations.
2. They must be these pictures, with no other pictures added.
3. You can't use textures, or anything that would change the color of the finished colorization.
4. You may use brushes, text, and borders, just don't use ones that could be mistaken for a texture.
5. You may resize, crop, or otherwise mutilate the picture, as long as it's recognizable, and not to small.

Now, you may wonder why I don't want any textures. I want to see the colorization. While textures may make it look nicer, I prefer to be able to see if they made the skin to light/the hair wrong color/etc. Textures prevent this from happening, and honestly, make it harder to judge who made a better colorization.

I'm not against making you picture look better though, you may use brushes, add text and all that, as long as you don't change the coloring. If the picture has a blank background, as many photo shoots do, you may add some texture there. But that's all.

You may use patterns as a background, in pictures like the Katie Holmes one where it's plain. As long as it doesn't cover the person you are colorizing, it's ok.
