Post subject:  Official Return of the Rings 2007 Wallpaper Contest *CLOSED*
An "official" contest? What's this you may ask? Why, this is part of our Return of the Rings 2007! Join up now! :-D

Rules:
-Wallpaper must be original, not pre-made.
-Wallpaper must be the standard size[s] [800x600 or 1024x768].
-Wallpaper must feature images/text that are from LotR, and will best represent the Return of the Rings 2007.
-You may only make one wallpaper, just to make things fair.
-There is no limit on the number of participants.
-All wallpapers must be submitted by the end of Thursday, 5 July.
