lol I decided to make another banner contest that I hope to go quite high in the number of rounds and such, but right now, let's see if we can get through Round One, shall we? 
First off, the rules!
RULES:
1) Only two banners per person. (though you don't have to make two.
)
2) Banners can be any size, but keep in mind, you want to have it big enough so people can read it, but not to big that it causes the pages to get stretched out. (If you don't know what I mean by this, don't worry about it.
