Hullo all, once again!  It is finally time for Round three of the Charactor Banner Contest! But first off, I would like to announce the winners of Round Two, and give a great thanks to our award maker for this round, Meldawen, who did a fantastic job! Thanks Mel and congrats to all the winners, all the banners were stunning!

Round Three-Frodo! I think you all know how this goes by now, so I will simply cut to the chase.
Rules
1. You can make up to two banners, any size.
2. Have fun and be creative.
3. Must have something to do with the charactor for this round. (this round being Frodo.)
4. Due Date-November 3rd (my brithday! yay!  )
5. I will start with 7 entrants, but I will gladly open more spots!
6. Also, if your name is in BOLD, that means you have at least one entry in.
