Ok now, with all of the entries safely kept and locked, it's time to vote for the three best wallpapers. All of them are equally brilliant and fabulous. First of all, the style of voting is to be like so:
1. (Five points)
2. (Three points)
3. (One point)
Second, those who have entered in this contest can not vote but they and the regular voters are welcome to comment. And now, without further ado, here are the entries!

WOW!
Wonderful entries EVERYONE!! I can't believe that Mr. Frosty REALLY expects me to be able to choose only THREE! SHEEESH!! 
Ha ha ha ha! So, I'll do my best! 
Okay. After MUCH deliberation, here's MY scorecard:
1. Shadowcat - Okay, I might be a bit biased in choosing this one first....I mean, I do think the the Master is the hottest, evilist, most maniacal, lunatic villian there ever was! I really like the blending and texture in this one! They work very well together! GREAT job on it!!! And I think you're choice of text is PERFECT for this contest! Really emphasizes his lunacy and villianous nature. (Even though we all know him to love kittens and the Doctor and Jack.....Ha ha ha ha!) So, LOOOOOOOOVE your wallie! I basically drool all over it when I see it.
2. Johnny's Fan - Ms. JF! HOW could you think this wasn't very good?!  SHEEESH! It's absolutely GORGEOUS! WOW! I can't find anything wrong with it at all! I just REALLY love the colouring and texture of it. I think that text and purplishness on the top....PERFECT! That font is like....perfect! And I love how you added those three little pictures below the text! Wonderful effect! Overall....LOOOOOOVE it!!! *SQUEE* I LOOOOVE SNAPE!!!! ANNNND, Alan Rickman!
3. Nessameldë - WOW! Your's is SO amazing! That texture just makes it look SO cool! And the colours you chose match it and work SO well with the pictures you chose! EXTREMELY well done! I love it to bits!
And good job to the rest of you! It was really hard for me to choose these three!!!
Aliana Dawne, I really loved your Sylvester one! It makes me giggle and smile every time I see it! Love the rainbow of colours! YAY FOR SYLVESTER!!!
And, Andune Telemnar, I really liked your Snape one too! I thought the soft, glowy effects worked wonders!
